I've actually been thinking about this. I'm not actually sure there is a way to fix it. The reason I say this is because the cost of goods are based on what people are willing to pay. The more wealth the general population has, the higher prices become. It is the driving force of inflation. If everyone is wealthy, the result I see from that is prices rising to keep up which would lead to hyper inflation and make the dollar have less buying power.
